Former champion Mike Tyson’s home movie comes to light
You already heard about TV Land’s reality show that will feature all the George Foreman’s letting the nation peek behind the curtain for a look at their day-to-day lives, right?
Now, we get word that a Mike Tyson reality show may be in the makings.
The NY Daily News is saying that Tyson wants to do his own program after shooting a cameo on “Being Bobby Brown.”
Tyson wants to do a show with his daughter “Mikey,” who the News describes as “a plus-size gal who is also designing a line of clothing for the heavyset.”
Hey, this is secondhand news, people.
I cannot sign off on Tyson’s daughter’s name being “Mikey” or the concept being the real deal…
Also on board, the News says, is “Mikey’s best pal, Nathalie, Don King’s granddaughter.”
Sounds like there’s still a market for Tyson, even if that PPV didn’t perform up to expectations…
(By the way Sterling, my good man, when you gonna release those numbers? I shouldn’t hold my breath, should I?)
Also, disgraced madam Heidi Fleiss has also tossed Tyson’s name about, trying to drum up publicity in her latest scheme.
The News says she wants to open a Nevada bordello called Heidi’s Stud Farm.
“I own the domain name,” says Fleiss.
The ex and future madam has said she’s inquired of Tyson, and asked him if he might like to be in her roster of pleasuregivers.
Tyson’s reply? “I don’t care what any man says, it’s every man’s dream to please every woman … and get paid for it,â€? according to Fleiss, who served 21 months starting in 1997 for pandering, money laundering and tax evasion.
Never you mind that Tyson’s a convicted rapist who served time from 1992-1995, Fleiss told the News: “I’m already getting letters from women who say, ‘Hurry up, Heidi.’”
People have harshed on me for busting on the PPV, saying I should ease up, the man’s just trying to earn a buck. I guess a man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do, and as long as it doesn’t break any laws…

Only in America could a convicted madam legally sell the services of a convicted rapist to women, and have the women waiting to pay for the privelage.

Mike should definately train other fighters. God knows he was one hell of a fighter in his prime.
I don’t think training may be the way for Mike Tyson. Tyson’s frustrations in the ring and his unwillingness to follow his corners instructions during fights shows me that he might be too short in the patience department to do such a thing. Some people who were great fighters in their prime don’t always make great trainers, the same way not all who work in a certain trade have the patience to teach. I think that Mike could think about being a promoter. That seems to be the way to go. Maybe he can get with Sugar Ray Leonard and talk about it. Sugar Ray has been real successful with The Contender, for which there may be chances that
Nathan I totally agree with you. I also don’t think Mike would be fit as a trainer and of course this being an opinion as we’re not at all 100% whatever he does I just hope he upgrades his name with repuatation in stead of downgrading.
