I know, I should be able to keep track, that’s why I get the big bucks. That aside, Cory Spinks, the IBF’s 154 pound champ, will face off with Verno Phillips in St. Louis on March 27.
Spinks’ promoter Don King told him this info on Tuesday at Madison Square Garden after the Jones/Trinidad press conference.
Silly me forget, or never really comprehended, that Cory has that belt.

How accurate is this info? Also, what are the odds of Spinks facing Forrest this year if he defeats Phillips?
