RIP, Alexis Arguello
By Uncategorized July 1st, 2009RIP, Alexis Arguello. The former featherweight, super featherweight and lightweight champion was found dead at his home in Managua, Nicaragua on Wednesday, at age 57.
Reports indicate he committed suicide, by shooting himself.
The fighter retired in 1986, and then came back for two fights a decade later; he ended with an 82-8 mark.
